CITB in collaboration with Build UK and experts in the fire industry, has launched a new course, Level 1 (awareness), that aims to equip individuals with knowledge on fire safety measures in buildings. The course is tailored to benefit people working in the design, construction, and maintenance of buildings, with a particular emphasis on installers. The course is divided into five modules, which are free of charge, and they include Grenfell, Materials, Fire protection, Competence, and Installation. Certification for the course is valid for five years.
